But no one wants to be 'that guy' who needs to borrow tools when out on a ride, or has to hike down the trail with a broken bike. We carry the 70cc pump mounted to our water bottle cage with a spare tube strapped to our frame using a OneUp Gear Strap, just in case you can't fix a puncture with your tubeless plugs. This leaves your pockets free for keys, phone and snacks. For rides over 3 hours we add a fanny pack or small backpack so that we can pack more food and water, a jacket, merino base-layer and a basic first aid kit.
